By registering for or using any service provided by NexPK ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
Services:
NexPK provides Shared Web Hosting, Email Hosting, DNS Management, SSL Certificates, Website Migration, Domain Registration (where available), and related web hosting services.
Customer Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate account information. • Keep account credentials secure. • Maintain independent backups of all website and email data. • Ensure all hosted content complies with applicable laws. • Keep website software, plugins, and themes updated.
Acceptable Use:
Customers may not use NexPK services for:
• Spam or unsolicited email • Malware, ransomware, or phishing • Copyright infringement or software piracy • Illegal gambling or fraudulent activities • Unauthorized access, hacking, or network attacks • Hosting malicious, obscene, or unlawful content • Activities that violate the laws of Pakistan or applicable international regulations
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
Payments & Renewals:
Invoices must be paid before the due date. Unpaid services may be suspended or terminated. Domain registrations, renewals, setup fees, and completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Backups:
While NexPK may perform periodic backups for operational purposes, customers remain solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. NexPK shall not be liable for any loss of data.
Service Availability:
We strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted services; however, uptime cannot be guaranteed due to scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, software updates, third-party network issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability:
NexPK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages, including data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
Suspension & Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, threatens server security or stability, abuses system resources, or is required by applicable law.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
NexPK reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
