If your website does not open, check the problem in this order:
1. Check DNS
Make sure the domain points to the correct NexPK server.
2. Check the domain in HestiaCP
Make sure the domain has been added to your hosting account.
3. Check SSL
If HTTP works but HTTPS does not, the issue may be related to SSL configuration.
4. Check the website files
Make sure the correct files are present in the domain's document root.
5. Check application errors
Review your website/application logs.
6. Check recent changes
If the website stopped working after a plugin, code, or configuration change, investigate that change first.
